Office in the heart of Berlin - Office Space

The office is located in the heart of Berlin on Friedrichstraße, near the Brandenburg Gate and is available for immediate occupancy. The room has 6 seats and is fully air-conditioned. Included in the rent is the use of a large fitted kitchen, cleaning costs and of course the use of the WCs. The entire office space is equipped with a 250 Mbit/s line.

The space is rented for 6 months (negotiable). The contract can also be extended upon request.

Furthermore, we also offer our meeting room with 6 seats for subletting. This includes drinks, coffee and a convertible pool table. This package would cost a total of €2,800/m.

In addition to the office space, another 18m2 meeting room with 6 seats, a conference monitor with camera and microphone and a convertible billiard table can be rented. Additionally included:

Visits are available upon request both during the week and on weekends.
